Terms of Service

DumpLinks lets you save links, automatically extracts and organizes information from the pages you save, and lets you optionally share individual saved links publicly. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. You can delete your account at any time from the You tab in the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything illegal, or to save/share content you don’t have the right to save or share
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the service itself (as opposed to normal use of the app to save links)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you save a link, we fetch the public page and extract information from it (title, description, images, and structured details relevant to its category) to build your card. This is for your personal reference. We don’t claim ownership over the original content of pages you save — it belongs to whoever published it. If you choose to share a saved link publicly, you’re responsible for making sure that’s an appropriate thing to share.

We do our best to extract information accurately, but automated extraction (including AI-based extraction) can be wrong or incomplete. Always check the original source before relying on extracted details (for example, always verify a recipe’s ingredient list or a product’s price against the original page).

We aim to keep the service running reliably but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we’ll try to give reasonable notice for anything significant.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of extracted content, third-party pages, or any information saved through the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DumpLinks and its operator aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on extracted or shared content.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
